Brunch at "Sprouts Cafe" and Schiele Museum Planetarium

Are you looking for fun events on a Saturday? How about brunch at "Sprouts Cafe" and a planetarium show at the Schiele Museum...and it all takes place in Gastonia!

We will meet at 11:30 am at the "Sprouts Cafe." If you have not been there, the parking lot is behind the building! The cafe describes itself as very vegetarian and vegan friendly but they have not forgotten those foodies who love a great burger. Since we will be there on a Saturday, they will be offering their brunch menu which includes pancakes, stuffed French toast, omelets, and shrimp and grits. Come hungry!!!

Then we will head to the Schiele Museum for a show at the Planetarium. The address is 1500 E Garrison Blvd. in Gastonia. The show we will see is from 1:30 - 2:00 pm and is called "The Spring Sky Tonight." You can see a description of the show on the website. Tickets are $5. It is recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance online on the Schiele Museum website, but you can also buy them when we arrive. Please arrive at the Planetarium by 1:15.
