Let's head down to the trails at Daniel Stowe for a morning of coffee and camaraderie! This rustic little gem offers a selection of coffee, espresso, and tea options, with a small case of various baked goods, sandwiches, and parfaits. Nestled within the Village at Daniel Stowe, their screened-in porch overlooks the pond at the conservancy - a popular spot with birdwatchers.
Weather permitting, we can explore some of the many short, easy trails that begin right there at the Trailhead Store. They have more than eight miles of trails total! And for anyone looking for a new plant to bring home, there is the Farmhouse Garden Center with a lovely selection of plants, herbs, gardening tools, and yard decor just across the car park.
You DO NOT need to pay admission to the Gardens at Stowe to access the Trailhead Store, the trails, or anything else within the Village at Stowe. There is plenty of parking in front of the store, but should they run out for whatever reason, there are well marked overflow lots everywhere. You are more than welcome to bring a guest along - just add your +1 when RSVPing. Please try to keep up with your RSVPs and avoid any last minute cancellations.
