"Mt. Holly Lantern Parade"

The "Lantern Parade" is happening soon in downtown Mount Holly! This spectacular parade lights up the night with magical lighted lanterns as they march down Main Street. Front and center at this after-dark occasion are the fragile, lightweight lanterns that will adorn the dark sky. This year's theme is "The Wide World of Sports." If you have never attended this parade, you don't know how magical this is. I hope you will make plans to join us!

Our friends at "Awaken" gallery present this event in collaboration with the City of Mount Holly and other local sponsors. The lanterns are created by students and artists from the Mount Holly area...and beyond.

NOTE: The parade begins at 7 pm. We will gather at 6 pm at a place to be determined. Please give me your suggestions for a place where we can enjoy a variety of food / beverages in a low key location that has something for everyone. I have put the location as "Local Logic", because I HAD to give a location! Our group is familiar with this easily accessible downtown venue...but this is subject to change!!!

No cap on attendance. Add guests to your RSVP! Come out on this fall evening and enjoy the spectacular lanterns!
