"Second Summer" has finally arrived in the valley which calls for a celebration!

Join us for a laid-back afternoon at Chicken and Pickle in Glendale for good food and some fun. We'll have access to our own dedicated court to try our hand at a game of pickleball.
Never played before? No worries, the rules are simple and the game is easy enough to catch onto, but most importantly, you'll have TONS of fun trying. Not a pickleball fan? That's cool too! Enjoy a variety of yard games or challenge new friends to a round of ping-pong. Come for the food, stay for the fun—there's something for everyone!

Not too familiar with the game? Here's a few tid-bits about the sport:

• It's super easy to pick up. Think ping-pong on a court
• It's low impact and gentle on the joints
• Games move rather quickly lasting anywhere from 9-15min (depending on skill level)
• You only play to 11pts
• You can play with a partner
• It's social and it's fun

Dress code? If you plan to play, I'd suggest wearing whatever you can move freely in and rubber soled athletic shoes.

Q- I've already reserved my invite, but looks like I can't make it after all.
A- Bummer! Be sure to update your RSVP AT LEAST 24hrs prior to the event time so we can make room for another guest on the list. Hope to catch you at the next event!

Q- The bill? How are we splitting it?
A- Great question! Everyone's responsible for their own tab.

Q- I'm coming from (insert part of valley), I might be delayed with my arrival.
A- The court is reserved for 1.5hrs so if you plan to play, plan accordingly to give yourself enough time to get a couple of rounds in.

Q- I have (insert allergy/dietary restriction), can they accommodate?
A- Here's their menu . I suggest you take a look and see if you find something that suits your taste.

Q- How's the parking?
A- There's plenty of parking in the area.
