About us
GIC Tokyo opened as the first hub of the GOe Global Network, an international initiative developed by the Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe), a project of the Basque Culinary Center (BCC).
As a multidisciplinary hub, GIC Tokyo brings together chefs, scientists, corporations, and startups to co-create innovative technologies and business models through a global network.
