As the November chill settles in, join Chef Irvin for a comforting five-course journey through the hearty flavors of the UK and Ireland. This intimate dinner celebrates rustic warmth, rich tradition, and the joy of sharing good food and wine.

### 🍽️ The Menu

First Course 🥧 Shepherd’s Pie Tartlet A savory bite of tradition—tender lamb and vegetables tucked into a buttery crust. Suggested Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir – earthy and light, perfect with lamb.
Second Course 🥣 Leek & Potato Soup Creamy, soothing, and soul-warming—served with a touch of chive oil. Suggested Wine Pairing: Unoaked Chardonnay – crisp enough to balance the richness.
Third Course 🥗 Beet & Walnut Salad with Blue Cheese A vibrant plate of sweet, earthy beets, crunchy walnuts, and bold blue cheese. Suggested Wine Pairing: Dry Riesling – its acidity complements the cheese and beets beautifully.
Fourth Course 🥩 Beef Wellington with Whiskey Cream Sauce & Colcannon The showstopper—tender beef wrapped in pastry, served with buttery cabbage-potato mash. Suggested Wine Pairing: Bordeaux Blend or Syrah – bold enough to stand up to the richness.
Fifth Course 🍮 Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce Warm, indulgent, and utterly British served with a generous pour of toffee sauce. Suggested Wine Pairing: Tawny Port or Late Harvest Zinfandel – sweet and spiced to match the dessert.

COURSE 1
Fall Salad with Fig Vinaigrette

Romaine lettuce, spinach, red onion, and grape tomatoes tossed in a fig vinaigrette, sprinkled with pistachios and topped with wood-grilled shrimp

Penne Franco with Chicken

This line, introduced in 1946, was created as a tribute to the rich winemaking traditions of Tuscany while embracing modern techniques and styles that appeal to contemporary tastes. The wine's full-bodied nature complements the Mediterranean-style pasta dish

Grilled Sirloin with Jumbo Raviolo

10oz sirloin, wood-grilled with Mr. C's Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, topped with a jumbo raviolo filled with a creamy romano, parmesan cheese and black pepper sauce, drizzled with browned compound butter. Served with a side of broccoli au gratinh

Caramel Apple Crumble

Warm cinnamon apples under a golden-brown, crumbly topping with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce

WINE PAIRING: TORMARESCA CHARDONNAY
Tormaresca translates to “Tower by the Sea,” a reference to the ancient watchtowers that are along the coastline in Puglia. This wine is an extension of the Antinori philosophy to respect local tradition and original vines. The buttery texture complements the richness of the apple crumble

Wood-grilled wings prepared with Mr. C's Grill Baste, olive oil, herbs and Calabrian chile butter

PAIRING: FIG BOURBON SOUR
Elijah Craig bourbon, house-made rosemary syrup, fig and sweet & sour. Elijah Craig was an American preacher and entrepreneur. He was the first to char oak barrels which earned him the name “The Father of Bourbon” The bourbon brings rich caramel, vanilla, and oak notes that mirror the smoky depth of the wings

COURSE 3
Rigatoni with Rosemary Cream and Sausage

Rigatoni pasta in a garlic rosemary cream sauce, sauteed mushrooms and roasted tomatoes. Topped with crumbled Italian fennel sausage

PAIRING: BROTHER'S BOND STRAIGHT BOURBON
Created by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, known for their roles on the popular TV show The Vampire Diaries. They envisioned a bourbon that combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern touch. Notes of baking spice, toasted oak, and subtle sweetness complement the bold, savory flavor of the pasta

Delmonico with Gorgonzola Walnut Butter

Wood-grilled Delmonico prepared with Mr. C's Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs topped with a creamy gorgonzola walnut butter with toasted walnuts. Served with creamed spinach

PAIRING: UNCLE NEAREST 1884 SMALL BATCH WHISKEY
Nathan “Nearest” Green, a formerly enslaved man who was the first known African American master distiller and taught Jack Daniel how to make whiskey. The bourbon amplifies the savory, nutty, and creamy flavors of the dish while balancing the richness of the steak

Cookies & Crème Brûlée

Classic vanilla crème brûlée topped with caramelized sugar, whipped cream and fresh strawberries accompanied by a Chocolate Chip Old Fashioned garnished with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie

PAIRING: CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE OLD FASHIONED
Bulleit bourbon, vanilla, and chocolate bitters garnished with a colossal chocolate chip cookie. This bourbon is inspired by a 19th-century recipe created by Augustus Bulleit. The bourbon’s spice, vanilla, and toasty oak complement the silky vanilla custard of the crème brûlée
