    A cozy evening of Irish flavors, community, and celebration — all crafted with the heart and soul of Soup Angels. This is a BYOB gathering, but you’re never obligated to bring anything. We’ll have water, hot tea, and a full coffee bar ready to welcome you.
    Your contribution: Whatever you feel moved to give. Every dollar helps Soup Angels continue feeding our neighbors — and their animals — with dignity and love.

    # 🍽️ THE EVENING’S FIVE‑COURSE IRISH MENU

    ## 🥗 Course 1 — Irish Garden Salad

    With Emerald Isle Spring Vinaigrette, A bright, green, coastal‑fresh dressing made from our Emerald Isle Spring Broth, whisked with lemon, herbs, and a touch of honey. Served over mixed greens, shaved cabbage, peas, zucchini, and fresh herbs.

    ## 🍲 Course 2 — Dublin Stout & Root Vegetable Soup

    A deep, malty, earthy broth inspired by Irish stew — simmered with barley, potatoes, mirepoix, and your choice of seasoned ground beef or umami tofu. Soulful, warming, and perfect for March.

    ## 🍽️ Course 3 — Herb‑Crusted Chicken with Irish Creamy Herb Sauce

    Tender chicken pressed and seared, finished with a silky reduction of our Irish Creamy Herb Broth — buttery, herbaceous, and farmhouse‑cozy.

    ## 🍽️ Course 4 — Two Irish‑Inspired Sides

    Colcannon‑Style Barley & Greens Barley folded with cabbage, green onions, and butter — a wholesome twist on a classic.
    Roasted Sweet Potato & Okra Medley Savanna Mix roasted until caramelized, lightly seasoned with lemon herb.

    ## 🍰 Course 5 — Irish Cream Bread Pudding

    Warm, soft, lightly sweet, finished with a coffee‑caramel drizzle. Perfect with the coffee bar.

    # 🍻 SUGGESTED BEVERAGES TO BRING (Optional)

    These pair beautifully with the menu and keep the evening fun and festive.

    • Sauvignon Blanc — bright, herbal, perfect with the salad and spring flavors

    Join us for an unforgettable evening as we gather around one communal table to celebrate the flavors, rhythms, and soul of Cuba. This intimate dinner is limited to twelve guests, allowing us to share stories, laughter, and a beautiful meal while supporting the mission of Soup Angels Outreach — feeding families, caring for animals, and uplifting our neighbors in need.
    Your contribution is pay whatever you like, and must be made in advance to reserve your seat. Every dollar helps us grow our outreach and serve more families with dignity and love.

    ## The Evening’s Cuban‑Inspired Menu

    ### Cuban Citrus‑Herb Grain Salad

    Seasoned quinoa, Mediterranean white beans, and Sun‑Kissed vegetables tossed in a bright mojo vinaigrette.

    ### Cuban Mojo Chicken & Vegetable Soup

    Rice noodles, chicken, Fiesta vegetables, and our house Cuban Mojo Broth.

    ### ️ Ropa Vieja‑Inspired Beef over Spanish Rice

    Savory seasoned beef with East‑Wind vegetables layered over aromatic Spanish rice.

    ### ️ Cuban Cowboy Pinto Beans with Authentic Sofrito

    Pinto beans simmered with Bayou vegetables and a traditional Cuban sofrito of onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, and herbs.

    ### ️ Cuban Sweet Potato & Lentil Sofrito Hash

    A rustic, grain‑free blend of sweet potatoes, seasoned lentils, roasted red peppers, and caramelized onions.

    ### Flan de Coco

    A silky coconut caramel flan to close the night with tropical sweetness.

    You’re never obligated to drink alcohol. We’ll provide water, tea, and a full coffee bar.
