A cozy evening of Irish flavors, community, and celebration — all crafted with the heart and soul of Soup Angels. This is a BYOB gathering, but you’re never obligated to bring anything. We’ll have water, hot tea, and a full coffee bar ready to welcome you.

## 🥗 Course 1 — Irish Garden Salad
With Emerald Isle Spring Vinaigrette, A bright, green, coastal‑fresh dressing made from our Emerald Isle Spring Broth, whisked with lemon, herbs, and a touch of honey. Served over mixed greens, shaved cabbage, peas, zucchini, and fresh herbs.
## 🍲 Course 2 — Dublin Stout & Root Vegetable Soup
A deep, malty, earthy broth inspired by Irish stew — simmered with barley, potatoes, mirepoix, and your choice of seasoned ground beef or umami tofu. Soulful, warming, and perfect for March.
## 🍽️ Course 3 — Herb‑Crusted Chicken with Irish Creamy Herb Sauce
Tender chicken pressed and seared, finished with a silky reduction of our Irish Creamy Herb Broth — buttery, herbaceous, and farmhouse‑cozy.

Colcannon‑Style Barley & Greens Barley folded with cabbage, green onions, and butter — a wholesome twist on a classic.
Roasted Sweet Potato & Okra Medley Savanna Mix roasted until caramelized, lightly seasoned with lemon herb.## 🍰 Course 5 — Irish Cream Bread Pudding
Warm, soft, lightly sweet, finished with a coffee‑caramel drizzle. Perfect with the coffee bar.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we gather around one communal table to celebrate the flavors, rhythms, and soul of Cuba. This intimate dinner is limited to twelve guests, allowing us to share stories, laughter, and a beautiful meal while supporting the mission of Soup Angels Outreach — feeding families, caring for animals, and uplifting our neighbors in need.
Your contribution is pay whatever you like, and must be made in advance to reserve your seat. Every dollar helps us grow our outreach and serve more families with dignity and love.## The Evening’s Cuban‑Inspired Menu
