Soft, butter-toasted mini pav (buns) served with a rich, spiced mashed vegetable curry (bhaji), garnished with finely chopped red onions and a squeeze of fresh lime. Wine Pairing: Sparkling RosΓ© – Its crisp acidity and fruit-forward profile complement the spice and richness of the bhaji.

Kolhapuri Tamatar Saar (Spiced Tomato Broth) A light yet intensely flavorful and aromatic tomato broth, subtly spiced with Kolhapuri goda masala, cumin, black pepper, and a touch of jaggery.
