Picnic at Bellefontaine Cemetery

Bring your blanket and lunch to Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum. Enjoy your meal under the shade of a majestic Osage Orange tree in Wild Wood Valley Gardens in the company of Bellefontaine staff and volunteers. This experience allows for conversation and insight into the happenings at the cemetery, helping you reconnect to days gone by when people would picnic by the graves of their loved ones. Signage will lead you from the main entrance at 4947 W. Florissant to parking overlooking Cypress Lake.

Dressing in Victorian, early 20th century, or dressy summer attire is encouraged but certainly not required to join us!
