Escape the city. Feel the sand between your toes. Watch fireworks light up the Pacific coastline for miles, unlike any show you've seen before. Kick back with great friends laughing and enjoying life. Spots still available to move off wait list!!

Columbia River waterfront camp, ~2.5 hrs from Seattle. On the 4th we take a day trip to Astoria, Cape Disappointment, and Long Beach. This is your adventure away from Seattle's grind. Discover WA State's shorelines. Make new friends! Friday is the observed holiday. Thursday is the only day off you need; full crew arrives Friday!

🌊 What to expect: 3-nights camping, ocean breezes, bonfires, group BBQs, beach frisbee, Cape Disappointment Lighthouse hike, discovering small-town America, and the Long Beach fireworks show on the 4th.

📍 The Details

*Camp right on the Columbia River — waterfront, with showers & bathrooms

• July 2nd and 3rd - relax, kayak, watersports
  *July 4th - Excursion to river ferry, Astoria Column, and Cape Disappointment (see photos). Fireworks on Long Beach at night.
• July 5th - Break camp; Mt St Helens Interpretive center on way home.
  *Community-style cooking — bring a cooler, meat to grill, food, drinks, and anything you'd like to share
• We gather and do activities together as a group
  *Look for the 12th Man flag at camp!

Long Beach lodging that weekend runs $250+/night and sells out!

💰 Cost & Logistics

• Camp is 105/person via Venmo (last four 4258), or message me for Zelle. Paying reserves your spot and gets you the group-chat link — first paid, first in. Space is limited to 15!
  *Drivers needed! Riders pay $60 per rider (round-trip) to their driver before getting into cars; arrange carpools in the group chat.
• It's car camping. Arrive early on Thursday for free parking on your tent site. Overflow parking is $6/day inside the campground.
