Treat yourself to an Olympic Peninsula day trip.
Glacial-turquoise water, an easy lakeside rail-trail, and a relaxed ~5-mile out-and-back along the north shore of Lake Crescent โ€” then wood-fired food, cider, and live music at a beautiful organic farm to close out the day. This is a long-transit, low-effort outing: gentle, mostly flat walking, a foot-dip at a quiet cove, and a great evening at Finnriver.

Water shoes or sturdy sandals (the shoreline is rocky; a must for the foot-dip), a small towel, packed lunch + plenty of water, layers (the lake is breezy), and sun protection.

#### ๐Ÿ’ต Costs

  • Rider fee is $55 including ferry
  • Dinner & drinks at Finnriver: on your own. Local oysters, wood-fired pizza, and organic foods + apple ciders on tap.

#### โš ๏ธ A note on the water

Lake Crescent is very cold and drops off steeply and deep right from the shore โ€” keep it to a feet dip wading at the shallow edge.
