Gather | Events for Women (ITANB)

This Sunday we're headed to the quaint New England town of Portsmouth, NH to explore its independent book stores, unique shops, and restaurants/cafes.

Itinerary

• 10 a.m. sharp: Carpool departs from Watertown Free Public Library parking lot. Please use the Comments section below to coordinate a ride. The drive is about 80 minutes each way. Chipping in for gas and parking is appreciated.
• 11:30 a.m.: Arrive in Portsmouth. The first stop will be a tasty treat at Popovers on the Square. After that, we can walk and talk, browse the Market Square shops, and grab a late lunch/afternoon snack when we get hungry. After that, we'll continue exploring the area until we are ready to head home.
• 5 pm (estimate): Depart Portsmouth.
• 6:30 pm (estimate): Return to Watertown library

Games (6:30-8:30ish)
Bring your favorite game to share! All types of games are welcome. When you arrive, find a few people, pick a game, and grab a table. If you arrive later, ask if it's possible to join an existing game, or wait until the next game starts.

Happy Hour
Around 8:30-8:45, as games wrap up, we'll migrate across the street to Ginger Exchange for a drink.

Parking

Join us for the most amazing corn maze out in Sterling, MA! (Description from website below).

I've done this maze multiple years and always had great fun! There are bridges and games and even a concession stand inside sometimes!

It's about an hour drive from Watertown, so we'll meet at the Watertown library parking lot to get into carpools.

CARPOOLING: You can use the comments below to start matching up drivers and people who need rides. Please be considerate and pitch in for gas if you're a passenger! It's 2 hours roundtrip!

Davis Mega Maze is designed to be the world’s best corn maze and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours (or more) to complete. It is both a physical and mental challenge.
