Gather and Walk for Peace with Cormac at Griffith Park.

We will meet up this Sunday at 3pm with the intention to nurture, practice and facilitate peace and healing for ourselves and for the world.

The event will start with some basic yoga and/or chi gong exercises followed by a walking meditation, a standing meditation, a seated meditation and a lying down meditation/deep relaxation exercise.
The formal event takes about 1 hour but afterwards participants may stay as long as they like to enjoy each other’s company, take a hike or to simply extend their meditation time on their own.

This is not in any way a political or activist event, nor is it affiliated with any specific group or organization. It is simply intended to provide a space and practice for folks who desire to cultivate a more peaceful existence for themselves and the world. All are welcome.
What to bring:
Water bottle; blanket, large towel or yoga mat;
Loose comfortable clothing; bare feet or walking shoes.
