What we’re about

A quiet community ritual to connect with and honour those we have lost; a meaningful and supportive nature- and yoga-inspired space for people to grieve together.

Grief and loss are fundamental parts of the human experience, yet we often find ourselves navigating them alone. Having a regular community space in which to move through rituals, memorial and writing practices can give you a moment to be held by people who know what you are going through. Whether you are dealing with new or old grief, distant or close family or friends, whether you find yourselves grieving close to or far away from your community, join us.

Each event will feature:

  • Meditation & candle-lighting ritual
  • Journalling & letter writing
  • Poetry & a gentle playlist
  • Intuitive, somatic movement
  • Reflection and gratitude practice
  • Prompts and ideas for connecting with your loved one in your daily life
