From Hof to Table | Farm & Brunch
Ape Maria, An Mühlgraben 2, Erding, DEWe meet in Erding, ride fifteen minutes out to a family farm, meet the farmers who grow our food, and then sit down to a brunch made from it.
A Sunday spent moving your body**, being around people, and eating** healthy**, probiotic food.**The day
We gather at Ape Maria and set off together.
The bike ride out to the farm takes about fifteen minutes and it is flat and easy going.
If you would rather not cycle, you can ride along with us in one of our Italian Apes.At the farm you will be shown around and hear what a working day actually looks like.
There is time to shop: vegetables, dairy, honey, whatever is in season. Payment is cash only.Then back for brunch.
The menu was built around what this farm produces, with a focus on probiotic foods that your microbiome will thank you for. Kefir. Sourdough. The kind of food that has been fermenting quietly for a few thousand years.Afterwards, alcohol free drinks in the garden with High Sobriety, and house wine from Ape Maria will be served.

Cash: The farm shop is cash only, so bring some if you would like to take something home.
Car Parking: Parkplatz P6, Am Mühlgraben 4, a two minute walk from the meeting point.
Food: Brunch contains dairy and gluten.
