$12 authentic thai gourmet lunch, manly, overlooking Manly Beach! walk/visit free Manly Art Gallery etc etc- your choice after lunch! (but most guys just stay and chat and then go sit on seats opposite, looking out over manly Beach (seaside) to chat some more!
