What a Combo! Free Comedy Club at The New York Historical Society, viewing the brand new Gay Harlem Renaissance Exhibit followed by a delicious Italian meal at 8:15 at Arte Cafe at 106 West 73rd St near Columbus Ave

Join us for an evening that mixes laughter, history, and good food!

We’ll meet at 5:30 PM in the lobby of the New York Historical Society, then enjoy the Friday Night Comedy Hour at 6:00 PM, followed by a visit to the brand new exhibition of The Gay Harlem Renaissance—celebrating the art, music, and creativity of Black LGBTQ+ life in the 1920s and ’30s.

After the museum visit, we’ll walk to Arte Cafe at 106 West 73rd St near Columbus for dinner at 8:15. They specialize in pasta, delicious Italian standards, and fish entrees. Entrees are in the range of $24 to $35. Please bring enough cash to pay for your dinner as they won’t furnish individual checks and take multiple credit cards to settle the group bill. I would suggest about $50 in cash.

Starting at 5:00 PM on Fridays, admission to the New York Historical Society is pay as you wish.
