Here's what's included:

• Airport Meet and Greet: Enjoy stress-free travel by connecting with our French speaking retreat facilitator in Dublin airport, who will navigate the trip to Couvent d'Hérépian for you.
• Airport Transfers: Relax from the moment you touch down in Carcasonne, with return group transfers from the airport to Couvent d'Hérépian.
• Accommodation: The stunning Boutique Hotel and Spa will be your home for the retreat duration, and offers a peaceful space to support your healing journey.
• Morning Movement Classes: Experience gentle morning yoga classes to warm the body and get the energy flowing for the day ahead. All levels of experience are welcome and each class incorporates hands-on adjustments to ensure the comfort of every individual.
• Breathwork and Dance: Clear and energise with pranayama breathwork sessions and indulge in a cleansing ecstatic dance experience.
• Healing and Meditation: Participate in group energy healing meditation and shamanic journeys, guiding you toward balance and inner harmony.
• Nutrient-Centric Meals: Delight in Mediterranean-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner focused on nutrition for health and wellbeing. Dietary concerns can be accommodated—please notify us at the time of booking.
• French Culinary Experience: Revel in the richness of local cuisine with a sit-down culinary experience at a fabulous nearby restaurant on the Tuesday evening.

The Total Cost (excluding flights*) is only €995.

Participants can choose to pay in full or opt for a convenient payment plan that includes a non-refundable deposit of €500 Euro and two additional payments required prior to the end of March.

*Flight Information: Flights are not included in the retreat costs to allow participant travel flexibility. Return flights to Carcassonne Airport are on Monday April 29th (13.50pm) and Thursday May 2nd (14.45pm) with Ryanair.
