Welcome to Gay Yoga BCN, where all letters of the LGBT+ alphabet and their allies practice yoga with autonomy, inclusivity, and levity.
My name is Juan, and I’m a 🇪🇸/🇺🇲 dual citizen living in Barcelona. I teach deep-stretch yin yoga for all experience levels, though I especially love teaching beginners. Whether you've been practicing for days or decades, our class is a place for you to explore your inner world with your body as your teacher (and no outcome in mind!).
We meet on Thursdays from 18:00-19:00, and class is taught in English. Our practice space includes an all-gender restroom, cubbies for belongings, and free use of mats/props. Learn more here: instagram.com/gayyogateacher
