Every Monday since 2009, 20‑40 men gather as a friendly, diverse, welcoming community to meditate, unwind and meet friends in a warm, cosy room near Leicester Square.

No experience? No problem – we guide you step‑by‑step. Chairs and cushions are provided. Experienced meditators are welcome too.
What you’ll get

Evening flow
• Guided body‑scan and mindfulness practice
• 20‑minute tea break with time to socialise
• Second half explores a weekly theme – loving‑kindness, self‑compassion, gratitude, or a harmonic‑resonance circle

7‑9 PM, 52 Saint Martins Lane (Tube: Charing Cross/Leicester Square). Doors open 6:45 PM.

• First‑timer: £10
• Regulars: £16 per session
• Concessions: £13 – ask on arrival
Led by: Nick, ex‑Buddhist monk with 30 + years of practice.
