LET OUT PROFESSIONALS WALK YOU THROUGH THE GORGEOUS GARDENS AND POSH PATIOS OF LATE-VICTORIAN FLATBUSH.

For many city dwellers, outdoor space means a shared rooftop, an enclosed courtyard or a tiny balcony hovering over a noisy street. Then there’s Victorian Flatbush!

Tag along with Out Professionals to discover the joys of wrap-around porches, secluded patios, lush gardens and expansive lawns surrounding rambling homes along quiet, tree-lined streets.

In visits to six diverse gardens, experts Susannah Laskaris and Holly Noury reveal to you how their neighbors have been able to indulge such a range of garden fantasies — formal English, naturalistic, city farmlet, Japanese, Mediterranean.

Afterwards, relax with a cool drink in the garden of the three-story Victorian home of Out Professionals Members Lance Tukell and Rob Seidel.

“Green with Envy,” the walking tour and mixer, begins at 1 p.m. sharp, rain or shine. We meet in front of the Lark Cafe, 1007 Church Avenue, between Stratford and East 10th. Subway: B/Q/F to Church Avenue. (Best to consult MTA Trip Planner in advance.) Post-tour refreshments about 3:30 p.m. on Argyle Road in Ditmas Park.
