Belonging is one of the deepest longings of the human soul.
For many gay men, the journey toward belonging has not always been simple. Some of us grew up feeling different in our families, our communities, or our churches. Along the way we may have searched for places where we could finally feel seen, accepted, and at home.
But spiritual wisdom invites us to ask an even deeper question:
Is belonging something we find… or something we awaken within ourselves?
In this open and supportive discussion, we will explore the spiritual meaning of belonging. Together we’ll reflect on questions like:
• Where in your life do you feel a true sense of belonging?
• Where do you still feel like an outsider?
• How has your journey as a gay man shaped your understanding of belonging?
• Can spiritual awareness help us discover belonging beyond approval or acceptance from others?
This gathering is not a lecture. It’s a welcoming circle for thoughtful conversation, authentic sharing, and spiritual exploration among gay men.
Whether you speak often or simply listen, you are welcome exactly as you are.
