TicTacToe kata

Welcome to the final gbgcpp meetup before the summer break! We will do a kata* together where the goal is to create a console version of the Tic-tac-toe** game. Another goal is to share knowledge with each other and have fun. :)

We will raffle out a one year license from our sponsor JetBrains to their IDEs.
