Join us at 2:00pm NZST for a relaxed nature walk along the Point England shoreline, exploring the waterfront path, nature reserves, and scenic bridges, while conversation unfolds naturally along the way.

Where to meet: Point England Reserve parking (see photos). 127 Point England Road, Point England, Auckland 1072. We start walking at 2:15pm sharp.

Parking: Plenty of spaces at the reserve.

Public Transport: 8 min walk from 74 bus stop on Erima Av.

If you love photography, bring your camera or smartphone (charged) to snap some fun photos along the way.

First we will head South towards Panmure Yacht Club, then return to the carpark (about 1:15h total). For those who want to continue the movement and conversation, we will then walk North to Omaru Creek Bridge, and back to the carpark again (about 40min return).

For after walk refreshments & chat the closest available venues are a 4min drive from the carpark:
- McCafe (3.3*) - 292 Apirana Avenue, Glen Innes
- Turo-Turo Philippine Cafe (4.1*) - 26 Mayfair Place, Glen Innes

This event is about moving at a comfortable pace, noticing what's around us, and letting conversation unfold organically as we walk. Conversation's an invitation here, never an obligation.

The walk has a light structure to help things flow, but nothing rigid. You're welcome to chat as much or as little as you like, and enjoy the experience your own way.

Best suited to adults who are moderately fit and enjoy exploring nature and connecting through shared experiences and interests.

Sometimes the day doesn't go entirely to plan - a path is closed, the group spreads out, the weather turns. That's part of it. Come as you are, keep an eye on the plan, and enjoy what's in front of you.

Can't wait to see who shows up.
