Join us at 2:00pm NZST for a relaxed nature walk along the Point England shoreline, exploring the waterfront path, nature reserves, and scenic bridges, while conversation unfolds naturally along the way.

Where to meet: Dunkirk Road Playground. We start walking at 2:15pm sharp.

Parking: Plenty of spaces along Dunkirk Road.

Public Transport: 9 min walk from 74 bus stop on Tripoli Road.

If you love photography, bring your camera or smartphone (charged) to snap some fun photos along the way.

We will head North to Omaru Creek Bridge, then turn around and walk the same way back to the playground (about 105 min total).

For those who would like to have a chat and refreshments after the walk the closest options are:
- The Corner Bar and Eatery (4.4*) at 163 Queens Road, Panmure - 2 min drive
- The Beer Spot (4.7*) at 71 Jellicoe Road, Panmure - 5 min drive
- Stonefields Public House (4.1*) at 40 Stonefields Avenue, Stonefields - 8 min drive

This event is about moving at a comfortable pace, noticing what's around us, and letting conversation unfold organically as we walk. Conversation's an invitation here, never an obligation.

The walk has a light structure to help things flow, but nothing rigid. You're welcome to chat as much or as little as you like, and enjoy the experience your own way.

Best suited to adults who are moderately fit and enjoy exploring nature and connecting through shared experiences and interests.

Sometimes the day doesn't go entirely to plan - a path is closed, the group spreads out, the weather turns. That's part of it. Come as you are, keep an eye on the plan, and enjoy what's in front of you.

Can't wait to see who shows up.
