Hack - SkyWatch Project launch (members and their invited guests)

This is our main weekly meeting for TechSpace members and invited guests to work on their projects.

This evening will feature launching TechSpace Skywatch (https://2014.spaceappschallenge.org/project/techspace-skywatch/), project for all interested members to get involved in, originating from last weekend's a NASA International Space Apps Challenge.
