Re: [gctechspace] Parking at the TechSpace

IMHO & experience,
Landlord / Owner issues only go away if there is no landlord ;)

  1. I assume buying a property is out of the question, even with a superb crowd funding campaign.
  2. My concept of a MobileTechSpace is workable but it's still too raw and I think it can only be built out of a running and for the purpose well equipped TechSpace or workshop with the possibility to have several shipping containers outside being equipped. Welding gear is a must ;)
  3. Renting a better suited place / other place means the new & other unpleasant issues, but many 1000 of businesses deal with that, so it's not that bad.
  4. Nevertheless, we are in the business of cutting edge and innovation so: Are there any other sensible possibilities?

So let me get this right, we can only park two cars on the yellow lines out side our roller door but can't park there because that stops us from actually getting into the space.
Um, no it does not actually prevent us getting into the space. We often park there. Just give room for ppl to walk in.
We need a new space as not being able to use any of the car parks inside the complex including ours because it would block access to our space is unacceptable.  Just a quick search turned this ( up which seems okay (looks like it even has shelving).
Thanks. That looks like a good candidate. Wonder if it has a toilet, my guess -yes. Same rent as where we are, so the issue is really, can we afford to keep paying $1200 (inc GST) pcm. The mezzanine is also a big plus. I will contact them later today.

BTW: is the site to watch. Apparently much of the local commercial stuff goes onto there.
