The workshop gives an overview of the main legal issues and documentation that startups should understand when they start in Poland. Some of the topics covered will be:
- Residence permit in Poland for a foreign entrepreneur (Possibility of obtaining, PESEL, ePUAP, etc.)
- How to incorporate your business and the best structure to use?
- The choice of taxation for a specific business
OUR SPEAKER specializes in the functioning of business organizations in a multicultural environment and international business relations. She started her professional career in 2004 in the legal department of Ford - Werke AG and Ford Bank in Cologne (Germany). She gained an education in international arbitration, negotiation, and mediation at the Cologne Academy of Negotiations and Mediation in Business organized by the University of Cologne. She is entered on the list of court mediators.
