Whether you're new to the Tri-City area or have been here for a while, if you're interested in meeting new people and making new friends this is the group for you! The meetups can be anything really: walking or hiking, trying out new cafés and restaurants, live music or concerts, museum visits, meeting for drinks, exploring the area, local events or activities... The main idea is just to meet and spend time with other friendly people. If it sounds good to you, please join us! :)

White-tailed eagle, the Polish symbol, the bird in national emblem, the biggest bird of prey in this country. This coming saturday, I would like to invite you to a nature walk with batching birds of prey over Zalew Wiślany. We will stroll places which white-tailed eagles frequently use as their hunting territory. We also have a chance of spotting buzzards and marsh herriers as well as all kinds of water birds and warblers.
During the walk you will have a chance to:
- spot white-tailed eagles
- learn about this amazing species
- learn how to identify a few most common species of Polish birds of prey
- see feathers of buzzards and white-tailed eagles and tell differences
- meet fellow birdwatching lovers :)-------------------------------------
Please note, that this is a paid event and the only way to confirm your spot is to contact the organizer directly either via email to naturaldorotaboroszko@gmail.com or by PM to get detailed information about the meeting point as well as the method of payment. The fee is 59 PLN.---------------------------------------
What do you need?
- binoculars (I will have 2 pairs to share between the group if you don't own yours)
- insect repellent
- hat and sunscreen if it's sunny / umbrella or raincoat in case of a shower
- preferable clothes in “earth colours”
- bottle of water & optinally a little snack
- camera with telelens if you like to take photos

About me: My name is Dorota Boroszko and I am nature lover, nature photographer, traveller, hiking guide and English and Spanish teacher. I’ve been spending most of my free time in nature since I was a child, observing it, learning about and growing in it. It runs in my family, too. Not only is the forest a place for a deep relaxation for me, it is also a place where I am able to reencounter with my real self, my essence and integrity (after a long day with preschoolers).
