Joshua Danby shares the journey of building a real AI-powered web app, CurseAway, using Firebase and Google Gemini. Learn about architecture decisions, Firestore data modelling, AI integration patterns, and lessons learned when taking an AI product from prototype to production.

Session 2: Lessons from Bootstrapping to 100,000 Users

How do you grow an AI product without a marketing team or VC funding? Jason Tan shares strategies for engineering-led growth, leveraging existing platforms, and using AI agents to scale products and reach your first 100,000 users.

Peter’s long-term goal is to grow into a Solution Architect role—one that integrates technical design with business analysis to deliver end-to-end solutions
