K8s in Production, K8s in Dev with Skaffold

Skaffold is an open-source tool from Google that manages modular builds and deployments to Kubernetes.

In this presentation, we will create a local development environment with automated builds and deployments. Then we will break up our configurations into profiles and modules and re-use them in continuous deployment pipelines.

Let Skaffold take care of the boring bits so that we can focus on providing value in production-like environments.
