Dare To Be - Celebration of Anything we want to be (IWD 2023)

GDG Dublin collaborates with MongoDB Dublin for an evening of talks and networking. This will be a post-celebration of the International Women's Day Event on March 08th.

The theme for this event is "Dare To Be".

The definition of "To Dare" is

To have the courage to try something new
To defy or challenge norms
To be brave and willing to take risks.

For IWD 2023, Women Techmaker's Dublin is pleased to collaborate to host the event with the theme "Dare To Be", empowering our community to have courage, to dream big, and to be bold.

How can you help other people be themselves at work and support and nurture the careers of everyone around you? There's things that you can do right now, today, to make your colleagues feel supported, comfortable, and confident in themselves. I plan to talk about some of these as well as larger organisational changes that can make your company a place where everyone can dare to be.
