XSS Mitigation & Neural Networks in JS Meetup
Details
Expand you horizons by joining our meetup:
Blind Spots in XSS Mitigation (Adir Kandel)
When it comes to information security, many web developers focus on securing their applications primarily on the backend. But when addressing vulnerabilities like XSS, is backend protection alone sufficient? The short answer is no—and in this talk, I’ll explain why dealing with runtime attacks like XSS requires stopping them at the source: the running environment, specifically the client-side browser, rather than relying solely on server-side defenses.
Neural Networks in Plain JavaScript (Yonatan Kra)
Neural networks are a fantastic mathematical model.
But not all of us care much for Linear Algebra and Infi after Pizza.
In this talk, we will build a neural network ground up with JavaScript. You will understand the fundamentals of a neural network and the key factors that "make it tick".
Eventually, we will talk about how you can incorporate NN in your application today.
