With 15 years of experience in software development and engineering management, I am a results-driven leader with a strong background in delivering high-quality software solutions and leading cross-functional teams. Currently, I manage the development teams at Generation C, a forward-thinking software company that specializes in creating innovative and cutting-edge applications for diverse industries.

Having started my career as a software developer, I bring a deep technical expertise that allows me to bridge the gap between development teams and business stakeholders. I have successfully led numerous software projects from inception to delivery, leveraging Agile, Scrum, and other management methodologies to ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and on budget.

Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin, while also implementing best practices around code quality, process optimization, and continuous integration. I am particularly passionate about mentoring and training teams, helping to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
