Spec - Swarm - Software
Details
We've all seen AI coding demos where a prompt magically becomes an application. But what happens when we start with a real specification and expect production-quality software?
In this live demo, we'll use an agent swarm in Google Antigravity to turn a specification into a working feature. Then we'll use Vertex AI to review the code, generate unit tests, identify problems, and deploy.
Along the way, we'll explore how agents collaborate, where things go wrong, and why human engineering judgment still matters.
No magic prompts. Just a spec, a swarm, and working software.

I’m a PhD student in Computer Science, specializing in privacy-preserving biometrics and secure AI. My research focuses on deepfake prevention and biometric security, tackling the growing challenges of identity fraud and AI-driven misinformation. Like any researcher, I’ve faced my share of setbacks—broken models, unpredictable results, and the constant search for better solutions. Every failure has been a stepping stone, pushing me to refine my approach and think more critically.
Beyond research, I’m deeply involved in the tech community through GDG Kansas City and as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador. I’ve had the opportunity to present my work internationally, engaging in discussions that shape the future of AI ethics and privacy.
I’m here to share what I’ve learned—whether it’s navigating research challenges, building privacy-focused AI systems, or simply making sense of the ever-evolving world of technology. If I can help make someone’s journey a little easier, then it’s all worth it.
