Get ready for our next in-person meetup now with 6 amazing lightning talks lined up!
With some last minute changes we bring to you the Lightning Fest this September with a range of lightning talks!!
This will be an in-person event at the Melbourne Google Office, with the recording of the talks to be shared afterwards on YouTube if you can't make it.
There will be food, networking and some surprise swag!

6:20 - 6:30 - Intro
6:30 - 6:40 - It’s time for an app icon makeover! by Katie Barnett (Android Evangelist at Bilue)
6:40 - 6:50 - Soft skills a Developer must have by Suesi Tran (Engineering Associate Manager at Accenture)
6:50 - 7:00 - Continuous delivery at ANZx - How we go from a Pull Request to a customer's hands in 5 days by Luke Sleeman (Android principal at Itty Bitty Apps)
7:00 - 7:20 - Break
7:20 - 7:30 - Learn with Google by Lovee Jain (Software Engineer at Prezzee)
7:30 - 7:40 - Jetpack Compose - Maps + Markers by Daniel Slone (Senior iOS Engineer at Bilue)

How to find us:
Enter from Collins St, and head up to level 1. The lifts should be unlocked until 7 pm. Please arrive on time as once the talks begin, you may not be admitted into the venue.
If you have any issues, look out for our team members or message on meetup or on Slack, and we'll come to get you.
