What is WTM IWD 2025 by GDG Munich: This year's theme is "Redefine Possible*" and we at GDG Munich are proud to host this event on the 4th of March. We all have the power and the responsibility to impact the future of technology and society, with AI as a major part of shaping our world. What will that future look like? And how will we build it? As we celebrate IWD 2025, we encourage you and your community to reflect on the following questions:
🚀 Breaking old rules about what's possible in technology and creating new paths forward
💪 Putting women in the driver's seat of technology's future, not just along for the ride
🌟 Bringing different viewpoints together to create better technology for everyone
⚡ Turning big ideas into real change, one step at a time
🎯 Building technology that helps everyone and thinks about tomorrow, not just today
🌐 Taking control of technology's future instead of waiting for others to shape it
On the 4th of March, the team at GDG Munich will plan
Inspiring keynote speakers
Technical/Non-Technical talks and workshops
Informative panel on the topic of #RedefinePossible
And opportunities to connect with Googlers, passionate folks from the tech industry
Networking drinks and snacks
The event is open to all genders and whether you're an entrepreneur, a student, or a seasoned professional, you'll find something to inspire and empower you at IWD Munich 2025. Don't miss this chance to celebrate women in tech and dare to be the best version of yourself!

*This year IWD theme details
"Redefine Possible" is a bold declaration that challenges the boundaries of what technology can achieve and reimagines who shapes its future.
We stand at a pivotal moment where AI is transforming our world—bringing unprecedented opportunities but also risking the amplification of gender biases and systemic barriers. As artificial intelligence becomes woven into society, we believe that women are not just participating in its development—they're revolutionizing it, breaking conventions, and expanding the horizons of what technology can and should be.
The future of technology isn't predetermined— it is something we actively shape. What seems impossible today becomes tomorrow’s reality when we dare to challenge it.
