Flutter Silesia #11 – Community Edition
W tej edycji rezygnujemy z klasycznych prelekcji i prezentacji. Zamiast tego robimy spotkanie w formule dyskusyjnej — agenda powstaje na miejscu, na podstawie tematów zaproponowanych przez uczestników.

Jak to działa:

Zgłaszanie tematów – na początku każdy może zaproponować temat do rozmowy (pytanie, problem z projektu, pomysł).

Głosowanie – wybieramy tematy, które najbardziej interesują grupę.

Kręgi dyskusyjne – najwyżej ocenione tematy trafią do agendy jako dyskusje w małych grupach.

Format:

2 tury

w każdej turze 3 tematy równolegle

45 minut na temat

osoba zgłaszająca temat go rozpoczyna i luźno moderuje

Plusy tej formuły: możesz zaproponować własny temat, masz wpływ na przebieg spotkania i nie trzeba przygotowywać prezentacji.
Po części dyskusyjnej planujemy luźny networking.

Flutter Silesia #11 – Community Edition
For this edition, we’re skipping traditional talks and slide decks. Instead, we’ll run a discussion-based meetup — the agenda will be created on-site from topics proposed by attendees.

How it works:

Submit topics – at the beginning, anyone can propose a topic (a question, a real project issue, an idea).

Vote – we pick the topics the group is most interested in.

Discussion circles – the top topics become small-group discussion sessions.

Format:

2 rounds

3 parallel topics per round

45 minutes per topic

the person who proposes a topic starts it and loosely facilitates

Benefits: you can propose your own topic, influence the meetup flow, and there’s no need to prepare a presentation.
After the discussions, we’ll do some casual networking.
