Build and test a coffee-shop operations agent using Google's Agent Development Kit. Use fictional sales and staffing data, check evidence-based recommendations, and review a proposed Google Sheets update before approving it. Deployment to Cloud Run is an optional track for attendees who complete the official lab setup beforehand; the evaluation track needs no billing or deployment.
