DevFest has come around again and we're excited to invite you to our double bill event.

We're excited to have speakers Isaac Udy and Mikey Stewart presenting their talks (as seen at DevFest Auckland).

Isaac Udy - Metrics, measurements, and migrations; how to effectively manage tech debt at scale
Tech debt is tricky. It's often hard to define, hard to measure, and can be hard to find time to work on. Tech debt is good at hiding in large projects and can be easy to forget about.

Mikey Stewart - Think like an Athlete, Build like a Champion

What does achieving peak performance in elite sport have to teach us about writing better code? 🥇
Mikey will explore interesting parallels between high-performance sport and the craft of software engineering, drawing directly from his experiences as a Senior Engineer and a former New Zealand representative and champion athlete.
