Entry into IT is just the first battle of many. Even then, old labels of a non-tech, non-dev stick, many are still distrustful as these colleagues don't have a formal industry education. In the age of fast-paced progress and AI, it is evident diverse professionals and their unique mindsets are needed in this disruptive age.
