A bit more about our speaker:

Unlocking boundless scalability and profound insights becomes attainable when technology is executed with precision. Hamish stands as RUSH’s clandestine asset, ensuring projects are meticulously executed to perfection.
Prior to joining RUSH, Hamish held the prestigious position of Chief Technology Officer at SilverStripe until 2016. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development of the framework underpinning some of New Zealand's most critical websites. His visionary leadership facilitated swift development while safeguarding sensitive customer data, notably contributing to projects such as the 2018 Census and the Westpac One websites.
Following his tenure at SilverStripe, Hamish ventured to Thailand, assuming the role of Development Manager at Agoda, a global powerhouse in the online travel industry. During his four-year tenure, he honed his expertise, melding diverse cultural insights with a global perspective.
Now, as the Head of Engineering at RUSH, Hamish leverages his extensive experience and multicultural perspective to lead our Engineering Chapter. He crafts meticulous engineering strategies, contributes to the senior leadership team, and has recently taken the helm of AI strategy, amplifying the excitement of his role.
