Dos pipelines de LLMs e RAG ao sistemas multi-agentes com Gemini e ADK

O panorama das aplicações de AI tem se movido rapidamente. Os grandes modelos de linguagem (LLM) democratizaram IA com sua flexibilidade e performance para diversas tarefas apenas utilizando prompts. Visando potencializar as respostas das LLMs, pipelines de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) foram introduzidos para fornecer informações externas à LLM e atualizadas como contexto. Mais recentemente, têm sido propostas arquiteturas multi-agentes, que são capazes de solucionar problemas complexos planejando tarefas, utilizando ferramentas (ex: chamada de APIs) e promoverem colaboração entre agentes para fornecer soluções mais inteligentes.

A Google desenvolveu recentemente o Agent Development Kit (ADK), um framework open-source projetado para simplificar o desenvolvimento end-to-end de aplicações multi-agentes.

Neste workshop você vai entender os principais conceitos e arquiteturas multi-agentes e ver na prática como utilizar o framework ADK, os protocolos MCP para acesso a ferramentas e A2A para colaboração entre agentes e como fazer deploy destes componentes na Google Cloud Platform.
