We’ll kick off with a deep dive into the history and ecology of regional oysters before moving into a live shucking demo. Then it’s your turn to get hands-on—learn to shuck like a pro and taste the difference with different toppings including a house made minogette.

6:00 PM – Doors open + welcome champagne
