New to the PNW and wonder what these slimy guys are all about? Or are you a PNW native that loves all things oysters? We got you! Join us for a salty, sparkling evening all about oysters!

We’ll kick off with a deep dive into the history and ecology of regional oysters before moving into a live shucking demo. Then it’s your turn to get hands-on—learn to shuck like a pro and taste the difference with different toppings including a house made minogette.

4-5 Baywater sweets oysters from Hood Canal

Schedule:

6:00 PM – Doors open + welcome champagne
6:15 PM – Oyster talk: regional history & flavor
6:30 PM – Shucking demo
6:45 PM – Hands-on shucking + tasting
7:30 PM – Social time + wrap-up
