Get mountain-ready with Gearhouse's 4 week Early Summer HIIT Series!
Join us for a beginner-friendly outdoor HIIT workout at Volunteer Park designed to help you build strength, endurance, and mobility for hiking and backpacking season.
This bodyweight-only class focuses on simple, effective movements that help build a solid fitness base for summer adventures in the outdoors.
The workout is approachable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout, making it a great option whether you are just getting started or looking to ease back into a routine in a supportive outdoor setting.
What to bring:
Water
Your own mat or towel
Schedule:
8:00 AM - Meet at Gearhouse Coffee shop. walk to Vol. Park
8:30 AM - Begin workout session
9:30 AM - Cool down, stretching, and recovery. walk back to Gearhouse for a post workout coffee and pastery
ABOUT TICKETING: First Class is Free for NON-Members.

- Non-Members - First Class Free, $20ea after that. Paid at the door.
