Welcome all geeks far and wide! "We're all a little Geekcentric". Bring your inner geek out and be a big kid for the day. We're an online and in- person group hosting an array of fun events for all to enjoy. Some of the events on our list include but not limited to Laser tag, Mini golf, Going to the movies, (Lunch, Brunch, Dinner), Roller skating, Board game nights, concerts, theaters, Trivia nights, team games such as (Family feud, Jeopardy, Pictionary), Musical Bingo, Karaoke. If you are all about keeping it fun, light and positive at all times then this is the group for you.

Get ready to channel your favorite Mario Kart character for an exciting race and take home the Golden Banana Trophy! Whether you want to go all out with a complete costume or simply sport a fun headdress, the choice is yours. (Dressing up is not required).

For our group, we've found in the past that buying go-kart race tickets in person works best, so let's hold off on online purchases until we arrive. Remember to check the pin location! There are multiple locations in the Tampa Bay area, but we’ll be racing at the Clearwater site.

The Great Geek Cook Off

Come one and all to the first Great Geek Cook Off. Where chefs from far and wide can show off their culinary skills. Whether it is to make a Honey based dish inspired by Pooh Bear himself, a gory blood soaked dish, or something in from your favorite anime.

This will be a pot luck style event. I ask that everyone that attends actually cooks a dish. No frozen pizzas, no Publix chicken, actually cook a dish of some sort.

You can make a dish you love to make or this can be a great place to have willing guinea pigs.

May be prizes for best dish, voted on by other participants but haven’t decided yet.

This is a fun filled day where teams will compete in an alcohol inspired tournament! Expect a lucky afternoon full of clever bar games! Come dressed to impress or in team theme! (solo outfit or group theme prizes up for grabs)! ☘️

- Teams of 4 will go head-to-head in a tournament bracket for 1st place!

Meetup Host:
I (Jimmy) have competed in two prior tournaments and also play dodgeball, pickleball, and kickball with this group. FAMLeague is an amazing community and everyone is welcome. Come on out and hang with us! Look forward to seeing you there! *Note: I hope to attend but have a potential conflict and may arrive late or after it ends. Either way, you will be welcomed and have a super fun time! (but I hope to be there)
