Geekstone December meetup

Details
This December, we have prepared two phenomenal, inspirational lectures for our community.
First Lecture: Demystifying the Management 3.0
What is hidden behind the metaphorical name Management 3.0, and why is it necessary to make room for a new management paradigm?
These are some of the questions that Vladimir will answer during his lecture. After his lecture, you won't instantly become a Management 3.0 expert, but Vladimir will definitely open one of the first doors to that world for you.
If you doubt that something new can be invented in the management field today, this lecture is definitely for you. Everything in the organization can be changed, but if the approach to management remain unchanged, then all efforts are in vain.
About Lecturer: Vladimir Kelava
Vladimir is Agile Coach at Seven Bridges, specializing in software and data analytics to drive public and private healthcare research. He has been part of the software development world for more than 12 years, working as a Software Engineer, Team Leader, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. Vladimir is also a Management 3.0 Licensed Facilitator, blending well with his interest in the topic of the role of management in an agile environment.
Second Lecture: How I beat luck
Most software developers have a "main job", which is there for earning money, providing their families, and taking care of their needs. In many cases, the main job is not entirely up to our wishes. So what happens to the passion and desire to learn something new?
This is where the "side project" comes into play. A side project is something you do on top of your main job to fuel your passion for learning something new. It brings several benefits, such as: living your passion, learning new skills, potential for growth, strengthening mental health, etc.
The presentation will answer to questions such as: what is a driver, how to develop your idea, and what is needed to make it happen.
