New owners have taken over the old Union St Wine Bar and in conjunction with some properties they own have reimagined it as Timber Door Cellars !!

This day is dedicated to the aromatic white grape known for its luscious textures and exotic flavors, often featuring notes of peach, apricot, and floral aromas like honeysuckle. Viognier’s versatility shines in both unoaked and oaked styles, pairing beautifully with dishes like creamy curries, roasted poultry, or seafood.
