Come say goodbye to summer with our Coping Skills Camp-Out—a relaxing and restorative workshop where individuals, families, and groups will build their very own custom coping skills toolboxes filled with sensory items, calming tools, and self-soothing objects designed for all ages.

This special gathering offers a chance to slow down and make a few last summer memories. Enjoy guided mindfulness activities, connect with nature, listen to live music, and end the day with a late afternoon marshmallow roasting at sunset around our cozy outdoor fire.
