As the visionary of Tuft & Needle, JT Marino leads the R&D, product development, architecture, design and software development teams. In 2012, he founded T&N with Daehee Park because they were frustrated by the lack of transparency in the mattress industry. JT is a passionate storyteller, facilitator and teacher, inspiring T&N's most challenging and disruptive projects. Before T&N, he was an engineer combining principles from design and engineering to create innovative software. He's paired these skills with experience, building and leading teams, to create a company that offers innovative customer experiences. JT has been featured on FOX Business and Entrepreneur Magazine, and is a frequent keynote speaker at startup and mattress industry events such as SXS, Startup Grind and ShopTalk.
